Rehabilitation Counselors, Inc. was established in
1978 to provide vocational rehabilitation counseling
services to injured workers. As our services became known in the
community, lawyers began requesting vocational evaluation and testimony
regarding employment issues in Workers' Compensation, SSDI (Social
Security Disability
Insurance), FELA (Railroad Disability), Personal Injury,
and Spousal Maintenance cases.
Our mission is to help individuals achieve
a level of functioning which maximizes
their vocational potential.
Significant advancements have occurred during the last
30+ years that now allow us to scientifically match people with
jobs and organize these job matches by important vocational factors.
This increases our understanding about each client's relationship to
the employment market and provides a foundation for vocational counseling services as well as expert witness testimony.
